If
there is a problem with any of the items you purchased and received
from us we are happy to exchange it or refund the price of the item
within 21 days of sale date of goods. Faulty items must be reported
and returned back to us within 21 days of receipt of payment in the
original condition in which they first sent.
If
you have received the wrong product, then you can still return it for
exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase (invoice date) but please
note that the items must be unopened and unused. All Items must have
their original tags and labels and must be unused and un-openned. Please
include the following information with the returned goods; your contact
name, physical address & postal address, telephone, and all payment
details provided by PayPal including transaction ID, your email address
and the item names purchased. All return goods are to be sent via registered
post, and we hold no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
